Why Our Honey Is Better
Cold-extracted and truly unfiltered, our honey is crafted in small batches with the health of the bees, the land, and the people who enjoy it in mind. By preserving the natural enzymes, nutrients, and character of raw honey, every jar reflects careful stewardship and thoughtful harvesting.
-
Raw & Unfiltered
Most commercial honey is heated and heavily filtered. Our honey is cold-extracted and gently strained to preserve natural pollen, enzymes, and beneficial compounds
-
Living Superfood
Because it is minimally processed, raw honey retains natural enzymes, nutrients, and antimicrobial properties that make it a true living food.
-
Small Batch Harvest
Each harvest reflects the season and surrounding flowers. Producing honey in small batches allows us to maintain quality, flavor, and character.
-
Bee-First Stewardship
Healthy bees come first. Our beekeeping focuses on long-term hive health, responsible harvest timing, and sustainable practices.
Meet the Beekeeper
Amrita Honey Co began with a young Utah beekeeper and a deep respect for the quiet work of the hive. What started as curiosity grew into a commitment to caring for bees and producing raw, truly unfiltered honey the right way.
After a fire destroyed much of our honey stores, Jethro has been working to rebuild while continuing to care for the bees and steward the hives that make this work possible.
